Remove 3 buildings
Reduce life science by 459,000 SF
Reduce building heights at high point of site
Increase buildings setbacks from the SE property line (from average 135’ to 270’)
Increase building setback to neighbors (to 250’)
Increase building setbacks from Slough (to 160’)
Move Longfellow lane
Lower garage height, reduces size and moves away from property line
Move amenity center closer
Increase greenway width and public open space (35 acres)
